Dylan was responsive, fast, courteous and professional. He came out quickly to perform a no cost estimate for the roof cleaning job. I had a lot of moss growing on the roof. He provided me with a reasonable price and was able to perform the work the next day. He communicated throughout and provided a sketch of the roof and itemized the work to be performed. Great service and follow up on roof/gutter flashing issue! Leaking gutters on our condo building caused ice to pool at entrance and back of building. Dylan does great work and is professional. Shows up when he says he will. Roof repair well done repared and did work to prevent more water damage. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. Did not pressure me to do metal roofs as he explained unless I was going to keep house in family not worth the expense.. Thank you for your time. Rachel LaRochelle
